NGUYEN HUYNH Cuc -
Project coordinator / ELI Facilitator

Cuc has over 10 years of experience in communications, project coordination, and community-based initiatives. At Eurasia Foundation, she serves as Project Coordinator for Happy Schools Vietnam and Communication Officer, supporting programs that promote well-being, transformative learning, and meaningful connections within school communities.

With a background in International Relations, Cuc has always been interested in how people, cultures, and communities come together to create positive change. Starting in communications and marketing, she gradually found a deeper purpose in work that combines storytelling with social impact.

A defining chapter of her journey was living and working in Sapa, the North of Vietnam where she collaborated closely with H'Mong communities through community-based tourism and sustainability initiatives. Working alongside local colleagues shaped her understanding that sustainable development is not only about the environment - it is also about relationships, mutual learning, and creating opportunities for people to grow together.

This perspective continues to guide her work today. Through project coordination, communications, and cross-sector collaboration, Cuc enjoys supporting ideas become meaningful experiences that bring people together. She believes that education, well-being, and sustainability are closely connected, and that lasting change begins with people who feel seen, connected and empowered to learn.
